Mindful Scrapbook is a workshop for you to immerse yourself in your own creative imagined thoughts. Using guided Mindful meditation and different creative stimuluses you can journey to different places, and meet different people by opening up a window to your own creative potential.
This workshop isn't a test of your drawing or writing skills, your scrapbook acts like a mindful journal for you to take down your ideas and images from your meditation journey and then be there to reflect on later if you wish. There will be different points in the workshop to feedback experiences to the group if you wish.

'Mindful Scrapbook' is open to all, however there are some contraindications of meditation where certain groups should seek advice before joining, those who suffer from epilepsy, asthma, or mental health conditions such as (but not limited to) past or current experiences of psychosis, schizophrenia or depression. If you are unsure please contact me in advance or check with your GP, this is a self-help group class, and is not a replacement for therapy..
