Every Friday at 7.00pm join this free group meditation class from the comfort of your own home. This class is for every level of meditating experience.
These guided mindful meditation sessions start by having awareness of the breath or other sensations in the present moment but sometimes incorporating visualization or other creative stimulus. I hope this short end of the week class will help you to feel grounded, take stock and feel refreshed for your weekend.
When joining these sessions please find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed, and gift this time to yourself.
