Meditation Drop-in

Your free Friday evening drop-in meditation.

Every Friday at 7.00pm join this free group meditation class from the comfort of your own home. This class is for every level of meditating experience.  

These guided mindful meditation sessions start by having awareness of the breath or other sensations in the present moment but sometimes incorporating visualization or other creative stimulus. I hope this short end of the week class will help you to feel grounded, take stock and feel refreshed for your weekend.

When joining these sessions please find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed, and gift this time to yourself.

Bookings close 1hr before class.

'Meditation drop-in' is open to all, however there are some contraindications of meditation where certain groups should seek advice before joining, those who suffer from epilepsy, asthma, or mental health conditions such as (but not limited to) past or current experiences of psychosis, schizophrenia or depression. If you are unsure please contact me in advance or check with your GP, this is a self-help group class, and is not a replacement for therapy..
